Interview Coaching
The interview coaching service is ideal for anyone looking to improve their interview technique through practice and feedback. It can also be used for a promotion interview. Perhaps You haven't moved jobs for many years and lack the confidence to start interviewing (especially video interviewing) again without support or you are a more experienced and confident interviewee but want to de-risk the interview process or nail an interview for a high stakes opportunity or promotion. For a relatively small investment I can provide you with the safe place to practice and troubleshoot. I have written interview guides for volume and executive hiring and also published video interviewing tips and guidelines on a previous employer's careers site. Most importantly though I have conducted thousands of interviews at all levels of an organisation and can easily slip into the role of business Leader or HR Director (as required)
