This agreement is applicable during your programme of coaching/mentoring.
You have selected a service on my website which clearly lays out what you can expect from this programme. However, you are obviously welcome to book further sessions following these if you would like to.
The fee(s) for the services are clearly displayed on the website and you are encouraged to select and pay for these services online and in advance of the sessions taking place. Failure to do so may result in your session being cancelled or deferred. Any programme costing over £500 may be paid in 2/3 instalments by arrangement.
If you need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, please contact me by email at dan@citycareerlab.com or by phone on 07769 663507 . I’d be grateful if you can give me 48 hours’ notice if this is the case, otherwise I reserve the right to charge you for the session.
I warrant that I am trained as a coach and mentor by Career Counselling Services (CCS) backed up by over two decades of direct experience in the FS Careers and Job market. I commit to supporting you to the full extent of my ability and to using appropriate coaching tools and methods. However, I make no guarantee that mentoring will work for your circumstances and you will not hold me responsible in full or in part for any failure to achieve your goals.
City Career LAB Ltd is registered with the ICO as required by GDPR regulations. The content of all coaching sessions is confidential. You may request a copy at any time of any notes made by me within coaching sessions.
